Where are you located?
Our facility is easily accessible from US 40 HWY and Lee’s Summit Road or I-470 and Douglas Road. Enter through the white gates with white board fence, head up the hill and enter the entrance paved with concrete. Click here for detailed directions.
Do I pay monthly?
No. You pay a determined amount when you put your unit in storage, then pay the remaining balance when you take your unit out. We do not require monthly payments.
What are your size restrictions?
We can accomodate vehicles, boats, and RVs that are less than 32 feet long, 9 1/2 feet wide, and 11 1/2 feet tall. Please consider total height including A/C units, etc.
What is your lease agreement?

How do I get in/out?
We work by appointment only. Please call 48 hours in advance and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Will I have access to my stored unit?
To ensure the highest level of security we are not able to provide unlimited access for our customers. Customers must call and make an appointment to access their stored unit.
Will I be able to get my stored unit frequently?
No. Our facility is not able to accommodate customers wishing to frequently access their stored units.
Is your facility secured?
The facility is fully secured and monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
How should I prepare my unit for storage at your facility?
*Make sure your unit is COMPLETELY DRY.
*If you have a watercraft, please ensure it is free of algae, zebra muscles, and other debris.
*Rock Solid Storage KC covers all units with a loose plastic sheet. If you have a cover for your unit we recommend you install your cover in addition to the cover we provide.
*Disconnect the battery
